We guarantee your products will arrive safely at your door. Not many merchants will give you this reassurance. In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit or fails to deliver through no fault of your own, we will re-send your order at no additional charge, read our return policy section 2

We make sure that the package ends up in your hands so that you don’t have to worry about non-receipt of goods ever again!

We know you’re excited about your order and so are we! Our goal is to ensure it’s quickly in your hands. It’s here we process all new incoming merchandise from our domestic and international suppliers. From there, everything is run through quality control and sent out our door to meet you.

As a rule of thumb, some of our products listed on the website are not held at our offices (unless expressly stated). In order to minimize costs and ageing stock, prefers to order items from various suppliers once an order has been placed and paid for.

Orders will be placed with our suppliers once proof of payment has been received.

Your order should be delivered between seven (7) and forty five (45) days after payment confirmation has been received and when full payment reflects in our bank account.

Delivery Policy

We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund from the call centre. Please note that you will be liable for 35% restocking fee. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Deliveries may delayed caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port health inspections or flight delays. Delivery estimates are only estimates. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund. In case if you don’t receive your order then after 45 working days from payment date refunds will be considered. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to these conditions. Further to this, if delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working – resulting in the shipment been returned to lootadeal nearest warehouse – the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non delivery.

Please note that certain items cannot be imported, these include (but are not limited to) Alcohol, Agricultural Remedies, Animals, Batteries, Flammable Materials, Farm Feeds, Currency, Food, Furs, Chemicals, Explosives, Medications, Plants, Poisons, Seeds, Supplements, Nutrients, Pressurized Cans, Tactical Equipment, Vitamins, Weaponry and Weaponry Accessories. If the item cannot be imported for any reason, including carrier restrictions and/or import or sales restrictions under South African or origin law, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in full.
